The questions we receive the most
How long does an architecture project take?
It depends on the size of the project and the workflow between the architect and the client, but a complete project usually takes between 3 and 4 months from the preliminary design to the execution project.
How long does the building permit take? Do I sort it out myself or do you handle it?
With the traditional system it can take several months, but through ECU we can significantly reduce these timeframes.
We take care of the entire process so that you don't have to worry about the administrative management.
How long does a play last?
A detached house usually takes between 12 and 18 months, depending on size and complexity.
How much does it cost to build a house in Mallorca?
It depends on the quality level, but currently in Mallorca it starts from €1,800–€2,000/m².
Can I modify the design during the process?
Yes, especially in the preliminary design stage. As we progress, changes should be more limited so as not to affect the schedule and costs.
Who is supervising the construction work?
The architect and the architectural technician supervise that the construction work is carried out correctly in terms of quality, cost and schedule.
How does your studio differ from others?
We focus on designing homes tailored to each client’s lifestyle, whilst optimising time, costs and administrative processes (such as applying for planning permission via ECU).
